get_frames: fix --follow-mouse
Put back parens which must have been removed accidentally in a
cosmetic cleanup pass, restores --follow-mouse functionality
which was confirmed/reported as broken by @koo5 in
https://github.com/Enselic/recordmydesktop/pull/32#issuecomment-902089762
