bootstrap: specify directories explicitly
Since switching to AX_SUBDIRS_CONFIGURE for libplay the automagic
recursive autoreconf has been broken because it apparently drives
the recursion via AC_CONFIG_SUBDIRS.
So just tell it . and libplay are the directories.
